Working within corporate Australia, our clientele can be quite diverse with population sizes of over 5,000 per site. As such we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and naturally-curious Physiotherapists who are looking to develop their own skills whilst working collaboratively with an array of other health care professionals. Some of the key skills required include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a private practice
  • Relevant qualifications and ability to make private health insurance claims through HICAPS
  • Demonstrated commitment to client care through accurate assessment and treatment for a multitude of client cases
  • Demonstrated ability to actively re-book clients who require further treatment

  • Demonstrated ability in biomechanics: strengthening and rehab programs, orthotics, footwear and soft tissue therapy. This pertains to the majority of client cases with only 20% being general treatment (nails, corns/callous and warts).
  • Demonstrated commitment to client care through accurate assessment and treatment for a multitude of client cases
  • Demonstrated ability to actively re-book clients who require further treatment 
  • A passion for Podiatry with a continuing long-term objective
  • Ability to work independently, whilst reporting to your local Clinical Services Manager (CSM)
  • Sound ability with systems – Nookal and Physitrack not essential

Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer - Includes Yoga & Pilates

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a fitness instructor and/or Personal Trainer in your chosen category
  • For Fitness Instructors, a minimum Certificate III in Fitness and relevant class-specific qualifications.
  • For Personal Trainers, a minimum Certificate IV in Fitness is required. 
  • Current professional indemnity insurance, first aid certificate and CPR certification
  • Ability to design and deliver session plans independently
  • Ability to effectively deliver sessions for a multitude of demographics, fitness experience and medical conditions or injuries
  • Ability to liaise with other health professionals, such as Physiotherapists and Massage therapists, to ensure it is safe and useful for the client
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
