This centre is designed to be a one-stop-shop for your wellbeing with a range of services to include Fitness, Health Services, Team Events and Monthly EY Events. What we have on offer:

In preparation for the City2Surf our on-site running coach, James Constantine (@that.guy.who.runs) will be hosting his 5 weeks training program on Thursday’s at 12:00pm. To book in to any of these sessions please visit the following links:

We offer over 20 fitness classes per week that range from low-impact to high-impact sessions. Each class is led by one of our qualified and motivating trainers who over a wealth of experience to share with you.
We offer a number of Personal Training options to suit your needs:
- 1:1 Personal Training: Team up with our personal trainers to reach your individual goals quicker. Specifically tailored to your needs, 1:1 personal trainers are great for beginners and advanced trainers.
- Private Group Personal Training: Grab your friends and team up with our personal trainers to conduct tailored group sessions for all your individual fitness goals. What is better than training with your friends?
- Public Group Personal Training: as part of our weekly fitness schedule we have a number of group personal training sessions available. For more information please contact us at email@example.com
