He brings with him his own experiences in fitness with elements of boxing, self-defence, strength training, weight loss and flexibility. In 2015, he was honoured to have worked alongside Biggest Loser Coach Michelle Bridges as her Assistant Trainer in an attempt to break a Guinness World Record. Unfortunately, they were just shy of achieving this record but a valuable experience nonetheless.
Logan is a welcoming, passionate and dedicated trainer who prides himself on seeing his clients achieve results. Whether it be weight loss, joint mobility, strength training or general well-being every success is worth celebrating.
“I’ve always believed that fitness is the gateway to creating a healthier and happier life. The energy and positivity you get from exercise enhances every part of your day whether it is at work, with family or with general health. Remember that any progress is success; a large number of little steps has the ability to be greater than a small number of big steps”.
Logan offers one-on-one and group style sessions both indoors and outdoors. For more information, please contact our staff to make a booking.
