Workplace Well-being and Coaching
We offer workplace well-being programs that focus on boosting employees overall mental health. Programs are delivered on-site in three distinct parts to enable innovative and effective changes over a 3 month period:
- Awareness – Identify specific causes of stress, challenges and roadblocks in people lives and workplace culture that prevent positive change and growth.
- Understanding – Develop a deep understanding of the tools and strategies that can be employed to make positive and lasting change (such as ‘Mindfulness’ and ‘Healthy Success’) and how these can radically improve business outcomes and individual well-being.
- Change – Review and reflect on the progress towards making positive changes for personal and business success. Discover why people often fail to make the changes they want and how to avoid the same pitfalls
These interactive sessions are tailored to help organisations address specific problems or challenges relevant to their culture, in order to create happy, healthy and thriving employees who in turn create can contribute to healthy and thriving businesses.

Samuel has a Master of Science, Psychology from the University of East London and trained as a Counsellor with No Panic, an NHS funded organisation in the UK. As a former Chief Marketing Officer, Samuel has led and coached high performing teams and working professionals from organisations including ANZ, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Deloitte and start-up organisations Zapp Payments and Oakam Financial in the UK.
Using both his corporate experience, commercial understanding and skills in counselling and psychology, Samuel trains organisations and helps working professionals improve the health and well-being of employees and overall business culture. An engaging speaker, facilitator and coach, Samuel takes a positive, yet simple approach to ensure clients can make real, effective and exciting changes while having a lot of fun along the way.
